Pet and Animal Policy
We understand you may wish to travel with your pets, please read below to learn if our motel is right for your stay.
Guide Dogs
We are proud to welcome travelers with guide dogs who chose to stay with us. As per Federal Law(Domestic Animals Act 1994 and the Disability Discrimination Act 1992), Guide dogs and guide dogs in training are of course permitted to stay in our rooms and we welcome them in any Public areas or rooms.
Please let us know if you are traveling with a guide dog and we will do our best to put you in the most appropriate room for your stay.
Service Dogs
Please let us know if you are traveling with a service dog at the time you make your booking or upon arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your Stay
Similar to guide dogs, service dogs and service dogs in training are protected under federal Law(see above) in Australia, are permitted in rooms to stay with our guests, and are also allowed and welcomed in all areas throughout our motel.
Domestic animals (Dogs & Other Animals)
Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog or other pet, as some periods of the year may not be appropriate for dogs or other domestic animals to stay during times such as, peak season (Long weekends, Public holidays (All states), School holidays (All states) Christmas Holidays), Easter (Holidays)
Please also note that Emotional support animals do not fall under the banner of Service animals and are subject to our normal Domestic animal policy and availability
