Smoking- Smoking is not permitted within 5 meters of any building. Butts are to be placed in the pots provided or disposed of safely. Smoking is not permitted inside any Motel room or site building as per Victorian Law.
Damage- Any accidental or deliberate damage will be charged to the card on file or can be settled before departure by calling our office.
Noise- Local council by-Laws require all outdoor noise to cease by 8 pm Monday to Friday until 7 am and on weekends and public holidays noise must cease from 10 pm until 7 am No disturbance of any kind is acceptable after this time.
Check-in time- at 2 pm the computer will allow you access to check into your room. to book and organize an earlier check-in please call our office. the early check-in charge is $40 per room from 12 noon.
Departure Time- Departure time is agreed to at our check-in computer as 10.00 am. Departures after 10 am are automatically charged to the card on the booking as $40 per room till 12 noon.
Pets – We allow 1 small dog in the cottage or 3-bedroom apartment at the Sea Lake motel and 1 small dog in the Twin or 3-bedroom apartment at Bridgewater motel. they will be charged $50 per night on top of the room fee and can not be left in the room alone. They must not be on the furniture and can not bark or make any kind of noise. You also need to remove any pet mess including any dog hair in the room. We do make exceptions for service animals.
CCTV- We have security cameras in all public areas to ensure the safety of your stay.
